Lorenzo Bastida

Lecture and Recitation

Lorenzo Bastida was born in Milan in 1973. He has studied and taught French and Italian literature in Florence, Paris and Geneva, and now Florence again. Since 2013, he has focussed on the public lecture and commentary of Dante, although he has continued to write on Baudelaire and, more recently, Primo Levi. His most recent book of poetry, I quaderni del vino, was published in 2017 by Archipelago itaca.
